CATV Installation/Service Technicians and Construction Technicians (for Telephone, High Speed Internet and Cable TV)

Newfoundland (Clairenville, Bay Roberts, Marystown),
Nova Scotia (Halifax Regional Municipality, Amherst),
New Brunswick (Saint John, Fredericton, Edmunston, Woodstock), and

As a member of Frontier's installation team, you are first and foremost a customer focused team player and posses a technical aptitude that will allow you to carry out installations, maintenance, repair and service of cable systems.
Qualifications
The successful applicant will possess the following:
Minimum grade 12 education.
The ability to work independently with little supervision.
Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driver's abstract.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends and/or travel based on project requirements.
Experience in the cable industry, satellite installation, electronics and/or computers or and Electronics Technician Certificate/Diploma are an asset but not a necessity.
Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job, which include heavy lifting (up to 80 lbs.) and climbing ladders to a height of up to 40 feet.
Superior communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to work in adverse weather in all seasons.
Previous sales experience would be an asset but not a necessity.
Be prepared to obtain WHIMS and standard first aid training as a condition of employment.
Be prepared to obtain a criminal reference check.
